Shri PK Verma
PK Verma began practising architecture in 2003 and established Arch Design & Construction in Lucknow in 2005. He continues to lead the architectural direction of ADC India's work across residences, commercial properties, hospitality, healthcare and educational buildings.
His contribution begins with the brief: understanding the client's goals and site, resolving priorities and shaping the planning, form and character of the building. That design intent guides the wider team as technical decisions develop and construction proceeds.

Shri Durgesh Verma
Shri Durgesh Verma brings more than 15 years of experience across construction, building materials, hospitality and technology. His career includes Managing Director roles at Four Kors Constructions LLC in Dubai and Plastoproof.
At ADC India, he leads business operations, commercial planning and coordination of teams and resources across the firm's projects.
